Follow the Leader

These are moves you can do as a leader in the tunnel. You can also combine multiple moves (a sidebody carve with your inside arm behind you like superman, or hands on your head with levels).

• Levels
• Turn 90-540° left/right
• Body position:
  • 1/2 arm(s) in the middle/in a fist or on head/back/(cross-)shoulders
  • Both hands together in a fist
• In-facing carve left/right
• Sidebody carve forwards/backwards
• Build a star and spin
• Build a cat and fly forwards/backwards
